Privacy Policy

This is the plain English version of how I handle the information you give me when you use ZenEdge. If something here is unclear, write me at gvillacapital@gmail.com and I will answer in plain English too.

Who runs this

ZenEdge is a brand operated by Andrew Villagomez under Gant Villagomez Capital LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. I am the only person who reads your intake. There is no team and no third party that processes your trading information on my behalf.

What I collect

When you fill out the intake at audit.zenedge.app, I collect what you type into the form. That is:

• Your first name and your email address
• Your age range (optional)
• How long you have traded
• The instruments you trade, your account size range, your day job status, your broker
• Your trading plan or description of your approach
• Your one setup, your stop and exit rules, your risk per trade
• Your loss pattern, abandoned strategies, blown account history
• Your goals, five year vision, and what you want me to catch
• Optional reading list and quotes that have shaped you
• Your color preferences for the personalized deliverable
• Your payment method and payment receipt or transaction ID
• Whether you are interested in ongoing mentoring
• Anything else you choose to tell me in the free text field

I do not collect bank account numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, passport numbers, or any government identifiers. Payment happens off site through Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Those apps handle their own data under their own privacy policies.

How I use it

I read your intake once for facts and once for patterns. I write your audit using your own words. I save your intake to my private inbox at gvillacapital@gmail.com and to a working folder on my computer so I can write your audit and store your deliverable for your future reference.

I do not share your intake with anyone. I do not use it for any purpose other than writing your audit and following up with you about your audit. I do not train any model or sell any data.

Who handles your data with me

Three services touch your data:

• Formspree receives your form submission and forwards it to my email. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel hosts the sales page, the intake form, and your personalized deliverable. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google hosts my email inbox where your submission lands. Their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

I have configured each of these to keep your information private to me.

How long I keep it

I keep your intake and your deliverable indefinitely so you can come back any time, request a revision, or reference your plan. If you want me to delete your records, email me and I will delete everything within 14 days and confirm by reply.

Your rights

If you live in Virginia, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you these rights. I honor the same rights for any resident of any state.

• Right to know what information I have about you. Ask me, I send it.
• Right to correct anything wrong. Ask me, I fix it.
• Right to delete your records. Ask me, I delete and confirm.
• Right to portability. Ask me, I send your records in a readable format.
• Right to opt out of any marketing communication. I do not do marketing emails. If you ask to stop hearing from me, you stop hearing from me.

To exercise any of these rights, email gvillacapital@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request." I respond within 14 days.

Cookies and tracking

The intake form saves your in progress answers in your own browser using local storage so you can close the tab and come back. That data lives only on your device and never leaves it until you press submit. There is no analytics tracking, no third party advertising, no cookies set by me beyond what your browser needs to display the page.

Children

ZenEdge is for adult traders. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit the intake.

Updates to this policy

If I change anything material here, I update the effective date at the top and email everyone who has submitted an intake within the past 12 months. Small wording cleanups happen without notice.
