Terms of Service

Effective date: May 20, 2026

This is the contract between you (the trader buying from ZenEdge) and me (Andrew Villagomez, operating ZenEdge as a brand under Gant Villagomez Capital LLC, a Virginia limited liability company).

The language here is plain English. When the law requires a phrase to be specific, the phrase is specific. Everywhere else I write the way I talk. Read the whole document before you pay. If a clause is unclear, write me at gvillacapital@gmail.com and I will explain.

What you are buying

ZenEdge offers three services:

The Plan Audit. A written deliverable of 5 to 7 pages built around your intake answers. Delivered as a live link you can read, edit, lock, and print. One included revision pass within 7 days of delivery. Price as listed on zenedge.app at the time of your order.
One on One Mentoring. A complimentary 10 to 30 minute intro call, then a 60 minute live working session, then a written summary within 48 hours of the session. Price as listed on zenedge.app at the time of your order.
The Yearly. Twelve 60 minute live sessions, one per month, over a 12 month term. Price as listed on zenedge.app at the time of your order.

What I am not selling

      I am not selling investment advice. I am not selling trade calls, signals, or trade recommendations. I am not selling a promise of profit. I am selling structure, written down, in your own words.
    

Andrew Villagomez is not a registered investment advisor, broker dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing in any deliverable, session, or message constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All numbers, rules, instruments, position sizes, stop levels, and exit criteria in your deliverable are reflections of what you, the client, stated in your own intake. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, and outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk of loss, including total loss of capital. For legal, tax, or financial questions, consult a licensed professional.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on zenedge.app and locked at the price you saw when you completed your intake. Payment is made through Cash App ($GantVillaCapital), Venmo (@GantVillaCapital), or Zelle (703 403 3557). For the Plan Audit and One on One, full payment is due before work begins. For the Yearly, you can pay the full year upfront or pay monthly.

For Yearly monthly payments, you commit to all 12 months at signup. If you stop paying mid year, the remaining sessions are forfeit and the unpaid balance remains due.

Delivery

The Plan Audit ships within 48 hours of the moment I email you confirming I have read your intake and your payment is confirmed. If demand is heavy or your intake needs clarification, I email you with the actual ETA before I start writing. Quality is the rule, speed is the goal.

One on One sessions are scheduled at a time we both agree on. The Yearly sessions are scheduled one month at a time in advance.

No refunds

      All sales are final. There are no refunds for the Plan Audit, for any One on One session, or for any payment toward the Yearly.
    

I cap your risk by giving you one included revision pass on the Plan Audit within 7 days of delivery. If something in the deliverable does not reflect what you said in your intake, I fix it. If you want to change what you committed to in the intake, that is a new audit at the current rate.

For the Yearly, if you miss a scheduled session, that session is gone. No makeups, no refunds, no rescheduling inside the 24 hours before the session. If I miss a scheduled session, you get a makeup session within 14 days at no additional cost.

Your commitments

By submitting the intake, you confirm:

You are at least 18 years old
You are submitting your own intake, not someone else's
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You have read and understood the disclaimer about investment advice above
You are responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes
You will not share your personalized deliverable URL with anyone else for the purpose of letting them avoid paying

Intellectual property

The structure, framework, voice, and methodology of the ZenEdge audit, the One on One protocol, and the Yearly are mine. You may not republish or resell the structure as your own product.

The specific words, numbers, rules, instruments, and decisions inside your personalized deliverable are yours. You can print, share with a friend, save, screenshot, and reference your deliverable however you want for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of any ZenEdge service is limited to the amount you paid me for the service that gave rise to the claim. I am not liable for any trading losses, opportunity costs, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or any other harm of any kind beyond the amount you paid me.

Trading involves the risk of loss, including total loss of capital. You accept that risk when you trade. Nothing I write or say transfers that risk from you to me.

Termination

You can stop using ZenEdge any time. For the Yearly, the no refunds clause above still applies to the months you have already paid for.

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any engagement if you are abusive, dishonest, attempt to bypass the no refunds clause through a payment dispute, or otherwise act in bad faith. If I terminate for one of these reasons, no refund is owed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from any ZenEdge service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia. You and I both consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Force majeure

If I cannot deliver on time due to circumstances outside my reasonable control (illness, hardware failure, regional outage, family emergency, declared natural disaster), I email you, explain the delay, and propose a new schedule. You can choose to wait for the new schedule or pause until I can resume. The no refunds clause still applies.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. If the change is material, I update the effective date at the top and email everyone who has bought any service in the past 12 months. Continued use of any ZenEdge service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
